Mr. Ashely needed a new garage door track because the old one was damaged and had been neglected for a long period.
When the customer contacted us he explained that there was some damage to the right side of the garage door track and that made movement difficult. Panels were uneven and the rollers had problems while moving, there was a loud squeaking noise while moving because of the damaged section. We talked to the customer and we said that we could fix the damaged tracks but he wanted them replaced because the tracks were quite old. There was also some rust on the old tracks. Our team took some measurements and when the new garage door tracks were done they went to Mr. Ashley’s home to replace the old ones. After everything was done they put some lubricant on the rollers and they tested the door’s functionality.
